Alongside this, we help schools develop clear, consistent attendance strategies, ensuring robust tracking, early intervention, and a culture that promotes high expectations and improved outcomes for all pupils. We also specialise in embedding inclusive practices and implementing effective adaptations for pupils with SEND. This service includes school reviews along with safeguarding and SEND audits.

Throughout the year Impetus Education has delivered wide ranging training sessions for Trusts, Federations, clusters and individual schools. We deliver single sessions but largely bespoke training packages across an academic year using our best placed team of specialist consultants to deliver. These twilight, virtual sessions are accessible and flexible, allowing multiple staff from each school to attend.
