We are a truly independent school improvement consultancy whose primary role is to support schools on their individual journeys of development and improvement.

To deliver high-quality support, we draw on the expertise of our team of 16 consultants. Our consultants include current and recently serving Headteachers from ‘Outstanding’ schools, National Leaders of Education, SIAMS inspectors, and nationally recognised curriculum specialists (meet our team here).

Our approach is to carefully match the most appropriate Impetus consultant to each school’s specific needs, ensuring that the support provided is both relevant and impactful.
