Coaching and Supervision

We offer 1:1 coaching with experienced members of the Impetus Education consultancy team. Leaders find these invaluable, providing them with dedicated time to reflect on their leadership practice. These sessions offer a supportive, expert perspective that helps leaders think strategically, gain clarity and strengthen their impact.

Four one- hour coaching slots are offered via zoom for the cost of one support visit in school (0.5 day).

We also offer supervision. Kate Moss is a trained supervisor providing reflective supervision for educational professionals https://demo.tristardev.co.uk/team/kate-moss/ . This support is particularly effective supporting Headteachers and leaders to deal with challenging emotionally demanding issues.
